Cambridge Academy Ethiopia follows the National Curriculum for England curriculum. This is a comprehensive curriculum framework that sets out the subjects, knowledge, skills, and understanding that children should be taught in primary schools. The primary ages phases of the National Curriculum for England cover children from the ages of 5 to 11, these correspond to Key Stages 1 and 2. The curriculum is divided into core and foundation subjects. The core subjects are English, mathematics, and science, while the foundation subjects are art and design, computing, design and technology, geography, history, languages, music, and physical education. At Cambridge Academy Ethiopia our students study the subjects as prescribed by the National Curriculum for England. The languages studied by our students are English, French and either Amharic or Afan Oromo.

The primary phases at Cambridge Academy Ethiopia are focused on delivering a curriculum that provides a well-rounded education that enables our students to develop their knowledge, skills, and understanding across a broad range of subjects. It is characterized by a balance between subject knowledge and skills, with a strong emphasis on English language development and numeracy.
